Cute little ice cream sandwich shop on Meeting street right across the street from Fig. They require a few minutes to warm up, which was nice considering what ice cream usually does in the heat. These didn't melt super quickly, and I was able to eat it with some sort of dignity.
I liked the crunchy cookie with the ice cream. It held its shape well through several bites, and didn't melt or drip all over. I thought it was really good, but who doesn't like cookies and ice cream...
We ate sitting outside on a bench on Meeting street, which happens to be a prime location for people watching. Overall a nice experience.
It was a blistering summer day. We were in the need of a cool down. Came here for some ice cream while walking the humid streets of downtown. Upon entry we were taken back by the selection. But the girl that was working was not very helpful. Any question was met with lazy answers and a frown face.
The pies themselves are decent but not the best. I give it a 4.
Great! Been coming here for years. Always a great treat in the muggy heat. Personal favorite is the pecan pie! Only downside is they come right out of the freezer so a bit hard, but give it a few minutes in the Charleston heat and they're great.
Not much indoor seating so plan to walk with it or sit on benches outside.
