Atmosphere is as-advertised and deserves the praise it gets. Not too busy and maybe I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much if it had been crowded. Best description I can think of is “Jazz Noir”. Finest cocktail I’ve had in a long while.
Fantastic charcuterie board, tasty Espresso Martini, New York Sour, and even an Irish Redbreast Old Fashioned for St. Patrick’s Day. We came here to have a small bite before dinner elsewhere. Loved the ‘20s vibe and artisan bartender feel. Worth a visit for sure!
This is long overdue, but my husband and I love this place so much we’ll just drop in when we’re in the area to say hello to Nathan!! The first time I went there I loved the vibes. It has a very intimate setting with impeccable style and then if you want to stay even later through the night-they know how to keep up with the rest of upper King Street in a tasteful way ;) Honestly hope one day they’ll move to Broad St or somewhere south of Calhoun because I think they’re too good for that area! Their charcuterie boards are amazing, wine is divine, cocktails spot on and I think their fun Porróns is their specialty. Their staff is so kind and we’ve developed great friendships with some who used to work their. Can’t count how many birthdays we’ve celebrated their, business vendor parties, sporting events (definitely visit during the Kentucky Derby for a bougie time!) Highly recommend this place and our favorite time to go used to be on a Friday around 8 or 9 to keep the night going or start it off!
Love you Vintage Lounge!!
