First pizza place in Charlotte. Margherita pizza was wonderful. Maria pizza has a great truffle crema flavor. They have fresh brick oven pizza. Crystal and Destiny are wonderful staff members. They explain the menu, how the process works, and brought the food out quickly. If you come to this location on park road request for these ladies, they will take care of you. I will be back to location in my next visit to Charlotte
Inizio’s has the fresh pizzas DIALED. I’m a huge fan of their Diavola pizza, and if you like a little spice, you’ll probably love it too. We recently tried the fall pizza which was a pumpkin base, and it was good! The fresh ingredients make all the difference. Be sure to try a salad with your pizza, and we’re big fans of the standard arugula salad. Also, this is a great spot if you’re pressed for time, as you usually don’t have to wait long for your pizza to bake. 5 stars all day for Inizio’s!
It was great to have a birthday and the place was very accommodating and offered the birthday boy a free array of cannolis. The pizza was pretty good and I really appreciated the spicy Diavlo pizza. Others had the one with anchovies and they said it was somewhat salty. I did not drink much beer but people enjoyed the selections. We sat outside under some trees off the highway which you did not notice. Great atmosphere towards the evening and there seem to be several other parties having a birthday which the restaurant seem to accommodate equally. Would return and enjoy other flavors of their pizza. I love Charlotte.
