Super clean and friendly staff! Tina, Terry and Queen are doing a fabulous job! Thank you! The best KFC spot I've been to in Charlotte so far!

Female employees at drive thru are pretty nice, food doesn't always seem hot and fresh especially around closing time, I understand the staff is ready to leave but if the restaurant is still open hours that's something to think about which is why I'm giving food 4 stars, it's usually warm.

This time, the chicken was good last time it was too salty . Thank you for our controlling the salt , less is always appreciated.
