delivery is fast and reliable. I've ordered from this Domino's many times, and I've never had a bad experience.
The Brooklyn Style Cheese Pizza is great. The crust is thin and crispy, and the cheese is gooey and not lacking in density like many places that want to cut costs. Otherwise, there's a variety of toppings to choose from and they offer several other items, such as breadsticks, wings, and desserts. Cinnamon sticks are fantastic.
As far as the overall environment indoors, the floors are always swept and mopped, the counters are spotless, and the food preparation areas look immaculate. Its a smaller location which has its perks, especially in that department
With the exception of the 15min hold time listening to ads and then silence, everything else was spot on. I placed an order for carryout and attempted to make changes via phone because the app wasn't allowing me. Arrived to the location and explained the situation and that I was currently on hold. The manager was very professional and apologetic. He immediately took action to correct my order all the while making me feel the that I was a valued customer. I was blown away. It was 40 minutes until close and he never wavered in his commitment to making this order right and to leave a positive impression. Hats off to him. Especially since post COVID the entire world is short staffed and it seems great customer service and valuing customers may be things of the past. I was really impressed and my wings, pasta, and marble brownie/cookie was the best I've ever eaten from Domino's Pizza!
