I took my son here for his 3rd birthday yesterday. We had already had a party for him a couple of weeks ago, so this outing was just for the three of us for his special day. The systems were down, but the store was kept open. We got cash from an ATM and there were no problems. The staff dealt with the angry customers like pros while the systems stalled at the ordering desks. This made getting a play pass take a little longer but my son had pizza and didn't mind. (I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I actually prefer the play pass to tokens, because it's harder to lose or "get stuck" in a machine). My son spent most of his time and play points on the selection of rides for younger guests and had just enough tickets for a couple pieces of candy, to his delight. We bought a Chuck E. plush on the way out and he LOVES it. He's been playing with it and watching the Chuck E. Cheese YouTube channel nonstop since. The only thing I wish were any different would be a way to buy the merchandise online.
Our waitress Daisy did an excellent job! She took care of everything! We had a blast and would definitely recommend Chuck E. Cheese for a kid's birthday party.
We had are 6yrolds party there yesterday the lady who took care of are balloons cake wristbands was great she deserves a raise i couldnt have asked for better party she was very interactive with her and all the kids in are party
Loved it. Staff was great and very helpful. I loved the card system. I stayed close to my kids with all the cards and didn't have a bit of problems.

We absolutely love it here. Come here very regularly. Cameron is the best manager. Charles is an awesome employee. Don't really know any other names - there's a female manager that's not friendly at all, but we've only seen her once fortunately. Most everyone is great!
We always have a great time here!! We need one by hamiton place mall:)
Loved it brought my son for a night out we had a great time every time we go he really loves it there great place to do the family time

We had a BLAST at my sons 2nd Birthday Party today! Destiny was FABULOUS! We are so thankful for all the food, cake, gifts and laughs today. We will absolutely be back. Our mega super star had a blast!

Clean, fun and friendly service. I always take my kids on weekday later afternoons, not at all crowded. Any time I’ve had a problem with cards or games the staff is quick to help and professional. Food is as is expected, but who comes for the food, right??
This is THE place to have a birthday party for your kids! From goodie bags to ice cream and everything in between, they thought of ALL the details. All we had to do was show up with a cake. 10/10 would definitely do this again!

Always have a good time at Chuck E. Cheese. The new digital cards are great. Much easier to set a time limit for the kids and no tickets to keep up with. While there wasn’t much my son was interested in at the prize counter tonight, he usually saves his virtual tickets up for the next trip anyway. The pizza and cheese bread were very good, salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The whole place, including the restrooms was clean and I did see employees sanitizing the games and drink area. Save your digital cards to reuse next time because your “tickets” are on that card. Time increments are what we choose to load onto the card so we can leave when the times up. We went for 2 hours today, from 3pm-5pm and it started getting busy around 5. Time frames for pizza can vary but tonight it was about a 10 minute wait. We usually load the cards, order the pizza and play while it’s cooking. You can pause your time once during your visit. For a family of 3, with pizza, cheesebread, 1 salad bar, 3 drinks and 2 hours on 2 cards, it was around $100. Not too bad. They do have deals every now and then so check the website or app for those before you go.
It was clean and the food was a lot better than I remember when I was a kid. A little disappointed that we didn’t get to meet Charles himself when they kept announcing he would be out soon. The games were really fun too. Pretty classic stuff like skee ball, basketball, and a claw machine, but there’s some newer style games too as well as newer versions of classics.
Clean and great for little kids and parents can have some fun gaming too.
I read some of the bad reviews online and it had me concerned but this place is clean, neat and the staff are friendly. Anyone accusing racism is silly, everyone was nice to me and my family. The only negative I can think of about the whole place is it only has one toilet in the mens restroom. When several dads have the bubble guts it's a bit hard to manage with some of us doing the dance in the hallway waiting.
