I agree the dining room was a bit scary. I ordered take out fried rice and mu shu pork. They were freshly prepared and serviceable. There were no unidentifiable bits of matter in it and I did not contract vomiting or diarrhea so that's a coup in my book as the pickin's for Chinese food are slim on the south side.
I visited again recently and was disgusted. The cashiers year old daughter was walking around and slobbering and coughing all over everything even as she was held my her mother as she prepared my order. This is unacceptable in a restaurant, not to mention a probable health code violation.

Good food for takeout but the love of god don't go in and sit down. It's deathly quiet (no other people or piped in music) and the service is a new level of terrible. Also be warned some of the menu prices are a dollar or so off. But the food is pretty good and it's cheap. Stick to takeout.

Good food. We visit them a few times each year. They offer the no MSG menu which is great! The food has always been fresh, flavorful and appropriately prices. They have a large menu so there is plenty to choose from. They are open lunch and dinner hours. If you visit during lunch, they are attached to a bakery in case you want to pick up dessert!
