First time visiting the hotel and it was cold/windy/outside so we weren’t really interested in walking about the city. Food was excellent, vibe was high end and comfortable. Eileen, our server, was helpful and friendly, even providing suggestions for future activities. She also gave us the story of Malort, a staple in Chicago. Definitely would come again.

We ate two meals here while we stayed here at the Renaissance hotel The food was great for lunch and dinner Our server happened to be the same person and she was the best ever Thank you for providing such a nice place to eat and relax

Absolutely outstanding food and service. This is the chefs special sandwich and believe me you won’t be disappointed!! A simple beef sandwich at a hotel restaurant is somehow transformed into one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel , give this one a shot
