This was my first time in a Sopraffina's, and my partner and I enjoyed it! To be fair, we went on off-hours during the weekend; after skimming other reviews, that seems to make a difference. We got there shortly after opening, there were no lines, and the staff was super helpful and answered all our newbie questions. They've got a large menu that's divided into things like salads, pizzas, antipastos, etc. I noticed they have gluten free and vegan menus, too. True to form, my partner got ham and pineapple pizza—which I'm usually not a huge fan of (it's just so overdone, ya know??) but Sopraffina's was delicious! I ate more than my partner. (≧◡≦)
We also got a walnut-pear-something-something salad, which was fantastic, if a little sweet (but I'm into that in salads, so I thought it was good).
I can see how this place would be a challenge in terms of mobility accessibility; the seating is a bit cramped and the actually process of ordering your food involves standing and moving along very high counters. ╮( ˘ 、 ˘ )╭
This place is pretty packed at lunch and I'm not sure if they have the best setup though the lines are separate if you're looking for different types of food which does help.
Plenty of seating in a more modern atmosphere, the building is also well lit.
Great tasting soups and the sandwiches are good when you want a step up from places like Potbelly for a place that has fresher ingredients and more creative options.
