My Food Hunt

Overall though it was a really tasty snack, actually it was not so much a snack as a gut gusting full meal. I really did not need anything to eat for tea after this visit.

My mom was in town visiting, we went to Frietkoten as she loves trying different types of fries. We ordered two petit fries with truffle mayo, they also came with mayo and ketchup. The fries were really good and my mom was happy. The potatoes were Idaho potatoes and the fries were double fried. Thick cut, soft and just the right amount of crisp. Definitely recommended.

Located inside the Chicago French Market. The fries are really good... not greasy, crispy. They have my favorite flavored ketchup -- curry ketchup. It was tasty. I was not a fan of the burger. It was overcooked and chewy. I will be back for fries, but would grab a sandwich at another vendor.
