Everyone is always friendly and the call ahead service is great. My food or smoothie is always ready when I arrive. I don’t know the main cashier’s name but he’s a guy with a lot of tattoos but he is awesome! Always remembers my order and very knowledgeable.
Jason is a true gem. He remembers your regular order and details about conversations you've had, even if it was two weeks ago. The food is fresh and delicious. Fast friendly service. I love this particular location because of Jason but the chain as a whole is consistently good.

I'm often in a hurry during my lunch break, and don't have the time to go get food at a sit down restaurant. I'm glad that Freshii is able to give me such a great and healthy alternative to all the other fast food places in the loop.
The staff there is very responsive, they have to be since they deal with such large volumes during lunch, but even then they are able to handle it, and provide great service with a smile.
