We were there at lunch today. The Three Pepper Ale is off the charts excellent. Food was awesome, large portions and delicious. Had the poppers, pretzel crusted chicken and my husband had the signature burger with a lettuce bun (they accommodated his no carb diet). Everything was great. Recommended.
Rock Bottom is a great place to eat before or after sporting events downtown. They have self seating in the bar area or you can wait to be seated in a separate area. I have never had to wait for seating in the bar area, even on busy weekends. Their brewed beer is really good as well. My favorites were the 513 Kolsch and the Crosley Field IPA. The waiter recommended the Brown Bear Brown beer, which I personally didn't think had much flavor. They offer 10oz and 16oz beers as well as individual sample beers. They no longer seem to offer beer flights. For a starter I chose the Beef Brewery Nachos, which can also be ordered with chicken, and they were hot and crispy, not soggy like most places. The salsa was mild and paired well with the chips and toppings. For the main course I ordered the 3/4lb Fireman's Burger which comes with Pepper jack cheese, guac, pickled jalapeños, red onions, lettuce, chile de árbol sauce, and chipotle mayo. The burger was served hot, juicy and cooked a perfect medium well. The burger was served with fries, which tasted ok. There is an option to substitute other sides in place of fries if desired. Overall, the food quality, presentation, and taste was phenomenal. The staff were all friendly and the restaurant was clean and provided a good atmosphere for watching different sporting events on several different TV's. If you haven't tried Rock Bottom Brewery, it is a must and you won't be disappointed.
I tasted a great burguer with jalapeños and avocado. It was superb!. They also have a lot of different kinds of beers.
