Visited Wild Eggs with some friends upon their recommendation.
I’ll admit, I don’t desire breakfast as much as I do a juicy burger or wood fired pizza.
Since I couldn’t eat lunch yet, I went for my breakfast staple; Blueberry buttermilk pancakes. Topped with whipped butter and maple syrup, I was in breakfast heaven.
My friends kept talking about how good the grits were. I’ll give them a go next visit as I plan to return to try the many other great menu choices.
Overall I was impressed. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Inside was well kept and clean, and food was delicious!!
Wild Eggs is similar to the other "brunch" style restaurants in that they are open morning to mid afternoon and mainly serve breakfast items with a few lunch items. . The inside is very bright but not very cozy or warm. It's very sterile almost hospital like. I think the openness is actually distracting. It has a very cafeteria feel and I really wasn't too excited about what was to come!
Such a fun place! My family all hates it because they serve "weird stuff." However, I love their quirky spin on classics. Very traditional comfort style breakfast with a twist. I haven't had anything that isn't delicious. Service is always quick and you're in and out very quick. Price is a little high, but I don't mind to pay it if I leave satisfied. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and clean. I very much enjoy the modern approach to breakfast.
