First off i love papa johns. My job ordered us pizzas from there and we ate it for at least 4 days after and even microwaved or cold its spot on. Second i ordered tonight and it was so delicious. Full of flavor. The crust was flufy while still having crunch and the taste was so good. It was the perfect temp and the customer service was great. The only problem was it was $19.75 for small pizza and 2 liter carryout is better

I went to the Papa John's in Norwood, Ohio. I made a mistake and ordered an item on my pizza that I DON'T eat. Instead of ridiculing me and making me pay for a second pizza the Manager, Lindsey made me a brand new pizza. She never made me feel bad about the mess up. She told me it was okay and they'd handle it. She even brought the pizza out to my car. The staff at this location understands customer service. Great service and kind people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
