Employees very polite food was good and fresh. Good job best experience I've had in a while from west side restaurants

I love the food. But the employees care more about Door Dash orders than customer orders. Drive through and in store takes way too long. Employees outside laughing while we wait in drive through almost 20 minutes before the order is taken. No acknowledgement ,or sorry for your wait. I ordered a double quarter pounder and got home to find a Bacon King! Smh
