The restaurant is always clean and I never had a bad meal or bad service! Best of all, it opens till 11PM. The other restaurants in the area only open for drive-thru this late, and that one burger joint that also sells shakes is usually very slow with the worse possible service you can expect!
I went on 11/09/2021 during lunch time for a casual bite to eat with my partner. The lobby was open for dine in at this location. First impressions were great, the restrooms were nice, clean and stocked. The lobby had plenty of attractive artwork and posters displayed in the lobby as well. The woman working lobby was very kind. She took our order and almost instantly our food was ready. This is definitely the fastest service I've had anywhere. Its also worth noting that the same woman working front counter was constantly cleaning and wiping down tables as well as frequently checking the restrooms. Our food was served hot and fresh. Hot fries, nice hot crispy chicken, and the soft Texas toast served with a side of their signature canes sauce. Overall great fast service with great food to match.
After placing a mobile order and sitting for a while, we got concerned when we checked our order, and it stated delivered/handed to the customer as it had not been. When we went inside, they were in the process of making our order at that time, which is confusing. However, the food was good as always, with our only complaint being that they did not follow the substitute slaw for extra toast on each of our meals.

I’ve never been inside of this location but the drive there drive through is typically always quick and efficient. The employees are great!
their chicken is nice, but their fries could always use a little more. they make up for it with their sauce though! good place
Everything was delicious, but like everything else the value is no longer there bigger price, smaller portions
We love this place! We make trips from Indiana just to get us some. Management is super hospitable. Never had an order come out wrong. We've been to another location but this one surpassed them by a long shot.
Our picky kids get excited when they hear Cane's and our furkid approves as well.

We came in after a tennis match, and despite the large amounts of people we had, the food was amazing and the service was incredible
So I'm a "chick fil a gal" but decided to give Cane's another try for my first few impressions were "unmet expectations". The chicken is "okay"... Strips are small but yet tender to chew, the sauce is what makes it good I guess. Fries....just ok...I had to pop mines in the air fryer to get them to my liking. Young lady at counter had excellent service.... overall chicken is just 👌🏾

Food was fresh and crispy (canes crazy good), service was fast, and staff was friendly. They even came around to the table to ask if we needed anything. And they got the got the good small crunchy ice
I just came here to say that this Canes has the prettiest Hydrangeas flowers growing around it. Love!!
