The restaurant is always clean and I never had a bad meal or bad service! Best of all, it opens till 11PM. The other restaurants in the area only open for drive-thru this late, and that one burger joint that also sells shakes is usually very slow with the worse possible service you can expect!
I went on 11/09/2021 during lunch time for a casual bite to eat with my partner. The lobby was open for dine in at this location. First impressions were great, the restrooms were nice, clean and stocked. The lobby had plenty of attractive artwork and posters displayed in the lobby as well. The woman working lobby was very kind. She took our order and almost instantly our food was ready. This is definitely the fastest service I've had anywhere. Its also worth noting that the same woman working front counter was constantly cleaning and wiping down tables as well as frequently checking the restrooms. Our food was served hot and fresh. Hot fries, nice hot crispy chicken, and the soft Texas toast served with a side of their signature canes sauce. Overall great fast service with great food to match.
After placing a mobile order and sitting for a while, we got concerned when we checked our order, and it stated delivered/handed to the customer as it had not been. When we went inside, they were in the process of making our order at that time, which is confusing. However, the food was good as always, with our only complaint being that they did not follow the substitute slaw for extra toast on each of our meals.
