It's fast food. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's a bust. I wish the service was better, but it's understandable dealing with thousands of hungry folks daily. When you get great customer service, it makes the amazingly fantastic coca-cola and hot fries that much better!

Paul was welcoming, friendly, and provided superior customer service--above and beyond! He made my child's Happy Meal and day a happy one!

Every AM on my way into work, I stop and get my two cups of oatmeal, served fast and hot, the people are always friendly and the drive thru cashier always hits me with a big, are you using your mobile app, she hears my voice, and already knows what I am ordering.
