The Rallys in Cincinnati looks like it should have been condemned months ago. At the same time every time I've been the fries were hot and fresh. The service was on point and I can't wait to get that direction again.

Very short staffed which means longer wait periods, regardless of what you are ordering. The staff was very friendly, attentive, warm and considerate. The employees operated together and had an order of doing things, which seemed to work - although it was at least a half hour wait time. Other than that, food was made very fresh and to my expectations. Just a friend.heafs up, you WILL wait, lol.

My chili cheese dogs were so good. Made just like I asked and quickly. This Rally's gets a bad rap often and when that happens, it is because they are understaffed. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and professional. Thanks all!
