I've always had good pizza from here. Lately this store is very busy and the employees sometimes forget little things like the cups of dipping sauces or putting sauce on your pizza. Sometimes the sauce is only in the middle of the crust and not all the way to the edge of the crust. I would also urge people to order online and not by phone. When they are BUSY they wont take phone orders and some of the employees will come across as rude telling you they aren't taking phone orders. I'm one of many who wont mind waiting two extra minutes for my order to be done right. I know when you are busy the stress levels rise. Take a moment to focus and do it right. And thank you for making the best pizza. And like every other business out there they currently are having trouble keeping employees and getting people to apply for the open positions. Unfortunately like a lot of places the turnover rate here is very high.
I called up originally to ask about the wait time, and the girl on the phone was so sweet! I told her I was ordering online and just hadn’t sent it in yet (Papa Johns said it would be 2 hours and I don’t have the kinda time so I didn’t want to order if it would be that long), and she actually offered to just get it ready for me!!! Awesome customer service, thank you so much!!!
The pizza is still excellent, the toppings plentiful, the BBQ sauce is fabulous. The pie is ready within the timeframe quoted and it's hot and delicious. (I almost always get carryout - I'm too cheap and in a hurry for delivery) The handtossed crust is, however, regrettably, getting thinner and thinner. A slice used to be a hearty handful, now more lightweight and flimsy. Still the best in the area.
