I think the new design is kind of Starbuckish inside, with the comfy chairs and fireplace. Not a coffee drinker ( hot spiced tea is my thing) so I can't tell you about the coffee but the bagels are as delicious as ever. I like all of the coupons and offers that are coming across now and I am one of the Famous Fifty who stood in line and get a free bagel a week for the whole year! Einstein's is also such a fun meeting place. Our family tries to meet there on Saturday mornings. The new staff is doing a great job and I'm happy to always leave a tip in the tip jar. I am a total fan of Einstein's and always give them smiles and encouragement. I worked at The Bux for a short time. It can be CRAZY the way we customers can be so demanding and, well, stupid when it comes to ordering our coffees or lattes. Omg. Don't be stupid, people.

The crew at this store are awesome. They jump in when needed and everyone has such positive attitudes. They treat you like family and this is the reason why we come every morning. The store manager Amy always goes above and beyond for her customers.
