I had the lunch buffet. Mostly good. The tandoori chicken was very dry. The other items are mostly vegetarian. There were 2 chicken dishes.
I was thereat 1115. Apparently the chicken chunks were cooked much earlier and were tough and dry. However, the chicken chunks were tender and moist once they added more to replace the original meat.
I suggest going there after 1130 to obtain freshly cooked dishes.
Cafe Spice is definitely the go to place for Indian cuisine. The owners are so very helpful and friendly both to adults and kids. My grandson was a bit cranky and the owner gave him a mango lassie which he thoroughly enjoyed. I requested catering the Saturday for the next day Sunday and was so pleasantly surprised that they accommodated my requests. When I got there the owner was just finishing up and the place smelled heavenly. I got fresh food and lots of it. The service is excellent. I will definitely be ordering from here again. The location is just perfect and the food, well, I had no left overs only questions about where did I get this food. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
Ordered carry out and everything was delicious. If you’re deciding between Mint Leaf and Cafe Spice, pick Cafe Spice and you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be coming back.
