Carvel at Hunt Valley made my wedding cake. Yes, my wedding cake. George and his staff did a fake 3-tier cake that was beautiful. Then we had a real top tier which we replaced when we were ready to spoon feed each other the ice-cream cake. Then we had a few sheet cakes in the back to be plated and served. It was such a unique wedding cake and the cost was so slim compared to what we would have paid for a traditional wedding cake.
I highly recommend that all brides just go in and talk to George!
