This travel plaza was a hot spot for Chic-fil-A lovers! But the back line could not seem to keep up with the orders. We waited at least 20 minutes for 2 orders of grilled nuggets and 2 orders of waffle fries. Since we had waited at the counter for such a long time, and the orders were just flying out the drive through window, we anticipated that our waffle fries would be nice and hot. What a disappointment when we got to our car and opened our bag to have cold fries.😑 🤮 Note to those who use the Chic-fil-A app for points… this store will not let you scan your app for points. Instead, they will tell you to use your receipt, but that doesn’t work well either.😑 I had to submit the info through the app linked customer service.

The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars is because they don't participate in the rewards system. Good food and good service.

Love Chick-fil-A, even though they have appeared to have gone woke🤔🤔 of which I will investigate further before I make a definite decision.
