Chewy's BBQ and Grill okay y'all y'all know I'm a very picky eater for those that do know me and when I tell you that this food was on point everything what's good down to my sweet tea I'm from New Jersey living now in South Carolina so for all you people that read my views on here if you visit Columbia South Carolina and looking for some soul food chewy barbecue and grill is the place to be
This is a diamond in the rough! Visited today with my spouse and wow it was delicious! I got the pulled BBQ mustard based with okra and Mac. It was PERFECT. Had a small issue when ordering but they definitely made up for it. Ordered dessert to go and I haven’t eaten it yet but I just know it will be slamming! Staff is so friendly! Thanks guys I will be back!
Awesome place! I picked them randomly from the bite squad app, we ordered 2 bbq plates and 2 pieces of cake to be delivered. It was really reasonably priced for big portions, arrived fast, and was still warm. It was delicious! We got both mustard and tomato based sauce, hash and rice, mac n cheese, and green beans - I would recommend all of it! Oh, not to mention really good, moist, home made corn bread. Very happy I decided to try them out - we'll be back!
