All Steak n Shakes are different.. I think the Columbia Mo location is one of the top locations in the country. The waitresses are very friendly even though it's a very busy location, they always have a smile & a hello.. how's the food? Is everything alright? That being said. My favorite location is Daytona Beach I absolutely rate it the top chain restaurant in the country. It's a regular stop for me during race weeks. I love Steak 'n Shake and the only one I wouldn't go back to is in St. Louis on Chippewa st at Kingshighway it's horribly dirty the staff isn't friendly and are downright rude. They food isn't up to S&S standards at all.
First time eating at steak n shake and impressed. Very good food and great options for kids and trinkets for them to be occupied with. Pleased with our waitress and service.
Absolutely love the Clark lane location! I have never had any problems with this location, even if I had to ask for something that was no big deal to me, they still would remove a drink or a shake or dessert off our ticket even though I wasn't mad or complaining about anything. This location has always been good to me unlike the location on Worley which I've had multiple problems with several times. Better cooks, better food, better customer service and servers at Steak n Shake on Clark Lane!!
