This place is great!! We ordered our food. The staff was very patient with me because I didn't know what I wanted. It was my first time eating inside. But she was friendly and helpful. She fixed our meals and made our drinks. She was a great person to be working for them. And she offered us desserts. We picked some out and she bagged them so they would survive the bus ride home. She was Great!!!
After going to this Tim Hortons and others in the area, I’ve almost stopes going there altogether because of poor customer service and bad management. And even thought this location has been better than most it was still in need of a little help.
The last few weeks I’ve noticed tremendous improvements with the store. The staff seems happier and more proficient. My food has been correct and the first time, the wait time has dramatically change for the better.
The new manager Kyle has done a fantastic job changing the atmosphere at the store in his short time as manager.
Good job Kyle and Tim Hortons staff, I’m glad we have a good Tim Hortons in the Reynoldsburg area again.
Nice to see a little piece of Canada here south of the border! They have a few sandwiches (hoagies) that you don't get back home. Other than that, you can expect the same tasty fare that you are accustomed to back home.
For those of you that aren't familiar with Tim Horton's… it's kind of like Starbucks... except your wallet doesn't hurt as much, and you don't need to be able to speak Italian to order a coffee!!
This location is downtown, so no parking, and no drive through.
