It took three tries to get a special-order burger correct, but they did what they had to do to make it right. Great staff and great service!

I must say the service here is phenomenal 👌🏾 I ordered the New Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger meal with a side potato. I specifically said; NO BACON! When my meal arrived, it was HOT 🔥 & the fries were crispy 😋 looking at the sour cream & butter, I was anxious to taste the smoking hot potato. I proceeded to open the container & what do you know it? It was loaded with bacon 😖 I took it back & explained to Ryan I didn't want bacon! I thought he would fake-me-out & take it to the back, remove the bacon & say; Here you go! 🤔 I watched like a hawk, & to my surprise, he left the container on the counter and bought back a new potato, without the bacon!🫡 Excellent job Ryan! ...the story doesn't end there, Ryan then gave me back a dollar & a sugar cookie & said; the bacon is a up-charge!🤣 thank God, there are decent people still around💪🏾

This is the only fast food place in Columbus that gets my order right everytime. Even light ice; which is a challenge everywhere else.
Wendy's hardly ever gets it wrong. The food is always fresh and hot. Definitely will go back.
Finally got order perfect for a change. I was extremely happy and satisfied.
One of the greatest Wendy's I have ever been to! Food was hot, drive-thru only was open. Smokey mushroom burger was delicious. Nuggets crispy, and the lettuce and tomato were cool on the jr bacon. Burgers were not overloaded with sauce like some locations

Food was good the soda drinks especially the Sprite tastes like dirty dish water.
The food is always great. Warm and usually correct. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because; I was on the lunch run for the office and had a lot of orders. My coworker was pregnant and the tomatoes made her super sick so I asked them, at the end of the order (when everything was done) which one had no tomato and she, loudly said, "omg hold on" I was really flustered and just apologized and said " I'm sorry I should've asked at the beginning for it to have a sticker or something" she said nothing just opened up every single bag, until she found the one that had no tomato.
She put a sticker on it and gave me the bag back. I just mumbled thank you.
I understand that fast food workers have it rough and you couldn't pay me a million dollars to do that job and I understand that I should've asked at the beginning for the no tomato to be marked but damn...
Other than that I have always had a great experience with them 😊
Got the 6 dollar meal and it was hot n fresh
I received service from a super polite gentleman, the entire team was working like a well-oiled machine. Everything was hot and fresh. I went through the drive-thru and I was surprised how fast I got through.
Food was fresh. Sandwich maker left of details but I can't argue with a cooked to order chicken sandwich. 🤷🏾♂️ choose my battle wisely since no mayo was on it, I asked for a packet of ranch and got up outta there
Please Wendys management Pilot management and google change the freaking hours.
