It took three tries to get a special-order burger correct, but they did what they had to do to make it right. Great staff and great service!

"RYAN, a man of integrity"🫡 I must say the service here is phenomenal 👌🏾 I ordered the New Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger meal with a side potato. I specifically said; NO BACON! When my meal arrived, it was HOT 🔥 & the fries were crispy 😋 looking at the sour cream & butter, I was anxious to taste the smoking hot potato. I proceeded to open the container & what do you know it? It was loaded with bacon 😖 I took it back & explained to Ryan I didn't want bacon! I thought he would fake-me-out & take it to the back, remove the bacon & say; Here you go! 🤔 I watched like a hawk, & to my surprise, he left the container on the counter and bought back a new potato, without the bacon!🫡 Excellent job Ryan! ...the story doesn't end there, Ryan then gave me back a dollar & a sugar cookie & said; the bacon is a up-charge!🤣 thank God, there are decent people still around💪🏾
