Amazing food and highly recommend but at this location service isn't the greatest. This place can be very slow at times due to new hires or just staff doesn't know what they are doing. Beyond the service the place is really great.

While driving from Louisville, KY to Richfield, OH, just south of Columbus I desired a fresh and nutritious pick-me-up and so asked Google Assistant to direct me to where I could find a smoothie and Google GPS at Polaris area. I parked right in front of the cafe, went inside, was met by friendly staff, ordered and in short time was provided my smoothie and it was delicious and precisely what I needed. I felt refreshed, energized and ready to get back on the highway to finish my journey!
