Had a bad experience with the live tree I bought first, BUT a gentleman named Garland made my experience amazing! He comped me a tree and also refunded me! He went above and beyond, so despite my experience with my first tree, I have an even better tree now, and my Christmas season has kicked off amazingly! Thanks Garland for your dedication to customer service and for being so understanding and compassionate about my situation!
I now live nearby and have been going consistently for a few months (sometimes twice a day), and I really love this place. If I don't know where something is, which is often, someone will happily guide me its location and answer any questions I have. I really value that. At Tom Thumb, I'll get a look of "what do you want now" and an aisle number.
It's about the details! The produce is very fresh and high quality. I'm Italian, so I cook with tons of garlic. The garlic here is far superior to any other store in the area. Their tomatoes - *chef's kiss*
If you haven't checked out the juice bar, you're missing out. They provide fresh juices from their produce. Sure, they're a bit pricey, but nothing beats a freshly squeezed green juice. If my wife or I aren't feeling well, we'll get the immune booster.
Great store! A little smaller than others I’ve been in but it has everything you could need. Everyone is super helpful!
