I walked in and placed a takeout order. It was a Sunday evening and there were very few people inside. Only one party was dining in. When I first walked in and stepped up to the counter, no one acknowledged me. Employees were packing up takeout orders and didn’t look up. But after only a couple of minutes a young lady came over and took my order. After that, the food came out pretty quickly (less than 10 minutes). There were two cooks working, and all of the orders coming out of the open kitchen were takeout orders. When I got home, I found that my order (orange chicken and vegetable spring rolls) was perfectly prepared and delicious. I know that reviews of this Pei Wei location have been mixed, but my experience was overall a positive. There’s zero ambience, so I wouldn’t dine in.
Michelle very PHENOMENAl!!! friendly with smiles hard, fast paced working. I absolutely love & cherish how every time I come in she makes sure how we are doing before taking our order going. That is exactly how it should be in a restaurant. She automatically brightens me and my family’s day NEVER disappoints us as much as the cooks do. Attitude, etc towards a young lady is so unprofessional & immature for old MEN 😡 I hate to see that now in this generation it is very ugly and something needs to be said to them!! My heart. Poor girl. She doesn’t deserve none of that. We need more people in this generation like her!! Sweet soul.
One of our favorite spots to go, their orange chicken is one of their bests. You can tell their food is cooked better, it looks more healthy looking. They also offer some good brownies.
