I placed an online order at 4:47 PM and had to call about it over an hour later and the conversation with Trent didn't go so well. It was not at all Trent's fault, he sounded new and I was patient. My issue was some guy in the background running his mouth. Trent explained that the only order he could see was my order from a week previous. While I was asking Trent to take down my Order/Confirmation number, the guy in the background he asked help from, continued running his mouth to a point I wanted to just drive up there and rip his a$$ but I refrained. Eventually I had the GM on the line. Jason, GM, apologized and assured me he would have a conversation with the employee and he would have my order sent out asap. I thanked him and waited. Waited only to have the Previous online order sent out which was wrong.
So.... Once again I had to call back and this time I was simply livid but kept in mind that Jason was professional and apologetic so I only wanted to speak with him. Trent answered once again and he was very professional as he was the first time. Once I had Jason on the phone again he took immediate and full responsibility for the incorrect order. He said, Randy this is 100% my fault and I apologize as I rang in the order myself.
I stopped him and explained that whereas I totally appreciated his accountability as a Manager, I could not and would not hold him to that b/c if my first phone conversation had been respectful and attentive as a customer with an issue, then he would've been given the correct order number and I would've been delivered the correct order. He agreed and I thanked him again. His tone was even and professional as he apologized and assured me this was not the standard and he was going to do everything he could to retain my business and rectify the situation. In my opinion Jason is a wonderful addition to not only this location but to the business as a whole. I plan to visit the location in person and shake his hand and thank him once again. Rather than a horrible review as I await my correct order, I'm taking the time to publicly thank Trent and Jason for the silver lining of what started as a very bad experience.
Surprisingly they have really bad reviews. However, I’ve been to this place multiple times and been great. Love their pizzas and garlic breads, but for sure cashier/staffs are pretty ignorant/rude, get orders wrong like put different sauce or not giving your drink if not asked for etc.. saying this sounds like they are bad and it’s actually not a good think but I liked them so giving 4 starts.
Those that are writing horrible reviews don't see the hard work and long hours this staff is putting in. I picked up my order and noticed the manager was the ONLY one working that day. Thank you for always doing your best! Oh, and the pizza was amazing. Thank you again!
