Great Place. My family and I go to Mira Mar in Dallas frequently. We also take our out of town company here and they always enjoy it as well. Always good food and friendly service.
Very good food, service and Margaritas. We drove from Salem because someone suggested it and it was well worth it.
He says, she says.............. I say thumbs up. SWMBO says thumbs down! Well, shoot. Who ya gonna believe?
I had Tacos de Camarones Miramar. Big 31-35 per lb count Shrimp with Scallions, diced Red Bell Pepper, Onion all smothered in gooey White Cheese (Jack maybe) all wrapped up in soft Corn Tortillas which had been brushed inside with Enchilada Sauce. Three of these babies with Cheesy Refried Beans, Rice and Salad filled a platter about the size of a boogie board. All this got to land on top of a big basket of Crisp Corn Chips, Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Bean Dip. If you don't think that's a recipe for a happy tummy, we need to talk!
My bride (AKA Missy Prissy) ordered a combo plate comprised of one Flauta, one Taquito, Beans and Rice. No sooner had it landed on the table than she start's scraping the massive amount of Cheese (I so appreciate) off her Beans. Then she removes the Guacamole and Sour Cream from her Flauta and Taquito. Then she says: "They weren't very good." Well, Cripes on a mountain! I say: "Ya take all the goodie off and let your husband eat it." (Oops. Didn't mean to let that slip.) "And then you wonder why they're not very good!"
I love that woman, but sometimes I just don't understand her.
