You definitely get bang for your buck at this place. The service is on point, the servers are very attentive and friendly. The bar tender makes great drinks. The Bloody Mary is made with their own homemade mix. We also got the Irish Coffee as a dessert, which was very good. The fish and chips were very tasty. We will definitely come back to this place again the next time we are in Daytona Beach. They also have nice outdoor covered seating as well.
Excellent bar, food, and service. We ordered Thai Chicken Soup, Fish & Chips, Chicken Wings (barbeque), a burger, and a Chicken Pot Pie. We enjoyed all of our meals. The prices were very fair. Excellent bar with a huge menu of beer. (Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms.)
McK's at heart is a brewery-Irish bar and tavern with a bank of 30 draft taps almost all good craft brew. The atmosphere is great. On a hot Florida afternoon the long cool bar is a great place to relax and enjoy for a few hours. In addition to the excellent bar, McK's has very good food and clean restrooms.
During two extended stays at the Daytona Beach Marina and Boatworks we ate at McK's half a dozen times and it was good every time. My personal favorites were the Shepherds Pie and the basic BLT. These days restaurants, taverns, cafes... with a genuinely good BLT are rare and McK's is one of the best.
