I was at Sam's for lunch and just decided to pick up much-needed milk there instead of somewhere else. I had my two young children, ages three and one, who both needed naps, so I really didn't want to go in anywhere else where they would most likely have meltdowns. I get to my vehicle, and I drop the milk on the pavement while trying to open the door while carrying my one year old and the milk back from the cart. It busts at the bottom and drains everywhere. While I'm standing there in disbelief, my sister lets the cart pusher know that there's a mess I created in the parking lot. He says, "You can take that back in and exchange it for another one" and in the same breath he says, "actually, what kind of milk is it?" He goes in, grabs a new one for me, and brings it back. While it seemed like a simple, kind gesture to him, it seriously made my whole day.
I use the click and pull service often at Sam's club in Decatur and appreciate the great customer service I get each time I pick up my order, even when there are issues. My sole reason for using this service is that i am busy, and it ultimately saves me time. Alonta' is a people person, a multi-tasker, she puts out fires and just goes out of her way to make my visit a great experience. This young lady is awesome, and the Decatur team is lucky to have her! Pam, Jennifer, Chandy and Tina have also been great assistance to us! High-Five, ladies!
