Absolutely stellar service. One particular young man offered the best, most friendliest service I've had in years from any restaurant. Food was good, constantly replenished. Had a problem with on of the claw games that they quickly fixed for us. Would highly recommend.

This was the best 👌 cicis location I've ever seen! The food was fresh and hot the people working here have serious customer service skills it was so refreshing to finally see someone who wanted you to come in and just be their customer. The restrooms floors and tables all looked clean. The pizza was super fresh and actually very good compared to other cicis we've been to. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for the refreshing service and good food ( fix the gaming area though).

Love Decatur CiCi's. They are friendly and facility is clean and welcoming. Kenya is always greating and makes dining here GREAT. We brought our baseball team in for a birthday dinner and had a great experience.
