Whenever I get to Denton, I always make sure to stop by DoubleDave's for some of their famous "Pep'roni Rolls" - they are the best (loved them ever since attending Texas A&M University in College Station, TX). They did not disappoint - they were as great as they always are - thanks DoubleDave's!

01/03/15 This was our first time going to Double Dave's on Teasley Lane. We're usually skeptical about chain pizzerias but decided to give them a try. All I can say is that the pizza was fantastic right down to the crust (which to me is the prime indicator of how good the pie will be). We also order wings which were very meaty - not the usual bone with a mere morsel of meat. We ate in but don't expect much - just a few tables and chairs along one side. This is mainly a take out or delivery operation but if you have to eat there the staff is very friendly. Bottom line, if you want a really great pizza, go to Double Dave's.
