This pho place is kinda hidden down the basement of a big building and looks like a food hall. The food was quite incredible. We tried their appetizer sampler, beef pho and vermicelli bowl. We finished everything.
I personally ate a lot of appetizer and pho. I'm quite a purist when it comes to pho. I believe in trying without adding any sauces. If a pho place can't stand on its broth, it's not good enough. Their broth was light and tasty as it should be. I think one of the appetizer item (cabbage and pork roll?) was so good. I'd also recommend the cheese wontons.
I'm glad I found this place. I don't know if it was because a week day afternoon but the place wasn't crowded at all. I'd totally recommend anyone to give it a try if you're around the mall area and got hungry.
This hole in the wall is a little hard to find, but the food is cheap, delicious, authentic, and the staff is so sweet.
Make some time and come here, 4 stars only because I’m sure you can go to the fanciest place in town to find the best Pho around, but you will never be disappointed here.
I have gone here at least once a week since moving to Denver 2 months ago. I love it. The food is amazing, it is the best veggie pho I’ve ever had. Every dish we have gotten has been tasty and left us craving it again the next day. The portions are huge and the staff is super friendly. They know their stuff when talking about most allergies. A true hidden gem. It is inside and downstairs, so even on super hot days it is nice and cool inside.
