Authentic Québécois cuisine in Denver! Delicious smoked meat served just as it is in Montréal... and the poutine, made the way it should be with a thinner brown sauce (not a thick gravy as often done in American restaurants that kills the proper use of cheese curds! Thank you for bringing this to Colorado in such an awesome new setting!
