Now Pho is the best spot in the area for pho or otherwise. We had a lovely and filling lunch here recently. Their menu has lots of variety. We started with the Jalapeño buttered chicken wings which had great flavor. We also had to try their signature sampler as it has all my fav appetizers. Crab Rangoons were creamy, shrimp tempura was crispy and cooked well. The star of this platter was the egg rolls though. The tray comes with all the things to wrap them up in lettuce and enjoy fully. It's served with three different dipping sauces which all pair well.
For my meal I wanted something spicy and our server recommended the spicy beef soup with egg noodles. The big pieces of beef and tendon were so good. I needed some more heat and this was easily remedied by asking for some chili oil and added spice! This made it perfect. We also enjoyed the combo fried rice which includes pork, chicken, and shrimp. This dish was huge and easily made for leftovers the next day. The pork has amazing seasoning and flavor. The chicken was very tender. I also very much enjoyed my iced Vietnamese coffee. We will definitely be back, as there are a lot of dishes I would like to try. The restaurant has its own parking and is very clean and nice inside. Highly recommend.
The best pho broth I’ve ever had! It can very easily be flavorless but this was delicious. I would get the rare beef only next time but still very yummy! The stone pot is great to keep everything hot!
The crab and cheese wonton were delicious and their egg rolls were sturdy and flavorful, the perfect crunch.
Korean short ribs are a MUST! Along with their brown sugar boba!
The restaurant was very clean and bright. The staff was so helpful and attentive! Highly recommend Now Pho!
I had a fantastic experience at this Now Phở! As soon as I walked in, one of the servers greeted me and promptly seated me. The place's interior had a modern/style to it and offered various seating options. To start, I ordered the grilled shrimp and Kobe beef spring rolls, jalapeno buttered chicken wings, and the brown sugar oolong milk tea with boba.
The grilled shrimp and Kobe beef spring rolls were delightful, especially when paired with the peanut sauce. I have yet to see any grilled shrimp and Kobe beef spring rolls at other pho restaurants, and it was nice to see this combo on their menu! My personal favorite was the jalapeno buttered chicken wings, which were incredibly crispy and had just the right balance of jalapeno and butter – a perfect combination. The brown sugar oolong milk tea with boba offered a sweet and aromatic delight. The boba itself was chewy and soft, making it a must-try.
For my main dish, I tried the bun bo hue with oxtail, a rarity at other pho places. I love oxtail, which was so delicious in the bun bo hue. The dish had a subtle spicy kick that I thoroughly enjoyed. The flavorful broth and generous meat portions, along with the delicious noodles, made this dish a standout choice. If you're looking for something other than pho, I recommend trying the bun bo hue with oxtail.
The servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. I'm also thrilled to note that this place is open until 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, making it an ideal destination for late-night pho cravings after a concert or any weekend outing.
Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. I truly enjoyed everything about it 🤤
