My daughter and I came here on 2.2.23 at 2pm.
The man who made are food did an amazing job, this is the best Subway sandwhich i ever had. This man was also very polite and patient with my overly shy, quite daughter.
We ordered a #8 and a #10
My daughter also noticed how clean the restuarant was minus the overly run down, old bathrooms; didn't even have a mirror.
One thing I will note is the manager barely walked in the door, didn't greet the employees, seemed very rude. When she walked in she glanced at the trash and mumbled what sounded like the word trash and walked out the door. I'd quit if my boss disrespected me like that. Isn't part of being a boss acting as a team? Only 1 of the employees was even able to hear what she said.
It was around 11:30 they were busy with an online order and it did take some time to get an order placed. There was a gentleman who left the line. There was two younger people who did an exceptional job doing their best to keep up with the lunch rush. The younger man working had amazing customer service skill apologizing for the wait, and greeting others that walked in. Reviewing some of the complaints and one star reviews make me laugh, they are doing their best. At the end of the day its food nothing to get worked up about I waited 30 mins, but both the young man and woman were fast and friendly making it worth it. Would come back again for their customer service.
The ladies working were personable and friendly. I felt welcome and at ease. I was able to enjoy my dinner with no anxiety or stress. And actually a few smiles! Thank you!
