Service used to be better. Wait times aren't near what they used to be, but they mess up my order more. I just ordered an ExtraMostBestest Sausage pizza, for which I got a classic Italian Sausage and a regular crazy bread combo, for which I got 3 of the stuffed instead 🙄 thats not what I ordered and I ordered ONLINE. Your employees need to pay more attention. 3 stars for the atmosphere because I don't like the neighborhood.

They always get my order right and it is always hot, fresh and ready to go! This is not always my experience with Lil Caesar's but I have had no issues at all at this particular location.

I placed an order through the app a few weeks back. When I came in, the line was long, but Derrick saw me at the pick up ovens and made sure my order was complete. My wings were sauced when I arrived and he even held the door open for me since I was carrying pizza, wings, and a soda. Derrick was the only person to acknowledge me and help me during my visit. That’s incredible customer service.
