This was absolutely amazing. I was in from out of town and wanted something authentic to Detroit. What I found was absolutely Heaven. You want gourmet Italian sandwiches or deli meat and cheeses? Do not overlook this spot. My friend and I were in town from almost 3 hours away on some other business but did a little searching for good sandwiches to eat. Google did not disappoint by recommending this place. First and foremost there was convenient parking. There are not many tables to dine in but we waited and luckily right before our food was ready a table was available. (Grateful we didn't have to eat in the car)..... So be patient if you want to eat there. My friend and I both had the "Zio Freddo’s Got Serious Beef sandwich" and a strawberry Italian soda ...... So amazing. The beef melts in your mouth, with a mild kick. (I can't eat it if it's too spicy. It was perfect) I haven't had an Italian soda since I was a little kid... Since my grandmother was still with us. I'd recommend ordering one. The staff was so friendly and helpful!! This is an authentic Italian deli. I can't wait until my next visit to try something different. Thank you for a great experience!! We've been searching and finding yummy food in Detroit. (We make a trip every 2 weeks)....

Nice variety of sandwhiches with fun names. You can find some out of state craft beers. The Italian Beef sandwhich was tasty.
