If you didn't know, Cupbop was founded in Utah, so eating here means you're enjoying some Utah culture (I'm pretty sure that's how it works).
I recommend the ugly bop and kko kko bop. The mandoo bop (and mandoo on its own) is fine, but not as good by comparison. I go with a 4 for my spice level because it's flavorful but not actually spicy. The 5 is the entry for where you'll actually feel something, but it's minor. If you like spice, go above a 5.
I have nothing crazy to share about the service. The employees have been friendly and helpful every visit. No "wow" factor, but I haven't had any negative experiences either.
There have been times where the food is at 5-star levels, but it's most often a 4 (which I have no complaints over). I'll continue to come back here to get my fill of Korean BBQ.

Decent portion and value but just average food. The level 10 was not that spicy and lacked flavor. The noodles and rice under meat were cold so not ideal. Tables were dirty so we had to clean our own off.
It isn't my favorite Korean food, but my daughter loves it. I'm not quite sure about the hype, but that's okay. I wouldn't choose to come here, but I would go again to humor my child.
