I visited Jersey Mike’s on 6/18 with a mobile order for a club. When I got there it was not ready but they were about to make it no biggie. Well they made my sandwich thanked me and on my way I went. I got home took a bit and was like something is missing. Bo bacon! What??😳🤔I called the store and was told Yeap we RAN out of bacon. He then said I guess we could have put that on the site. Duh you think? But I was in the store. I said I would have gotten another sandwich 🥺. What is a club without bacon. When I put my disappointing comments on their website. How about their district manager called me within 2 days to discuss my disappointing experience at this store. She said and I quote “Let me make this right as we do not want to make you unhappy with us.” I appreciated the faith that she followed up and she was understanding my point. I am definitely returning and the next time I will not “assume or wait at the end of the counter” lol but I will ask about my bacon 🥓 🤔🤔. I am still loving Jersey Mike’s. They are the best sub place in town!!

This location was packed during the lunch hour even when I went around 2pm. However the staff got my order, got it correct and got me in and out my they were very nice and friendly. Both my subs were good!
