Parking was easy, the place was pretty clean and the coffee was Dunkin coffee. Staff helped me save money by telling me about current promo.

The location of the store was very convenient at that time. The store has more sitting areas that are cleaner for customers to meet their needs. There were ladies' and men's rooms for customers needs. There were 2 entrance, 1 of which was locked. This was made known to the staff. She acknowledged the observation and stated "thanks, the management will take care of the issue.

Most of the bad reviews are over a year old. Honestly, they might have been bad that long ago, but recently it’s much cleaner and the staff is always offering to help you save money or get the most out of your order. My only complaint is that iced coffees are rather watery, with more than half the drink being just ice cubes, and for drinks like the iced caramel latte, there’s very little caramel actually put in there. The rest is water with a small taste of coffee.
