I have had the misfortune of needing urgent care. I have been to this facility on a few occasions, and I feel that this facility should be the model for how all medical practices operate.
The staff are efficient, professional, and friendly. You are greeted immediately with a “good afternoon, how can we help you? Why are you here”? Before one can finish the online check-in, you’re escorted to the examination room where the PA quickly arrives for intake and vitals.
Immediately following your intake, the doctor arrives to discuss your medical needs.
This medical office is a well operated facility. I hope that I won’t need urgent care in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I will return to them indubitably.
The wait time was quite short, staff was pleasant , courteous and very thorough. Dr Patel is awesome. You're lucky to have her and she's good, excellent, hopefully I won't have too but I would definitely look for her if I was ever injured again. I couldn't ask for any better care for I got it, here.

It was very efficient with the in and out procedure. I came in because I had lost my voice and the home remedies weren't working. The only thing is I don't trust the Dr's diagnosis too much considering she took a quick 2-3 second look at my throat and said I had laryngitis. The Dr told me the medication should begin to work within 1-2 days. So far I don't feel any difference but its only been 2nd day of taking meds. I do feel better about taking the covid test to make sure there's nothing else wrong with me. Aside from a sore throat I'm now experiencing bouts of tiredness.
It also would have been nice if the Dr would have helped me with my hypertension meds because I needed a new persciption and I'm in between general Dr's to prescribe the meds. I asked the nurse if I could get a new prescription and the Dr simply has the nurse relay a message that she couldn't help me. I'm already scrambling to find a new healthcare physician to get me a new prescription. The least the Dr at urgent care who is suppose to help people come in to talk with me to find out why I needed the new prescription.
I would go to this urgent care again. I would just not want to be seen by that particular Dr on staff from my last visit. I'm referring to Dr. Putnam Patel. Don't feel any trust toward her.
Great experience! The techs are great! The Dr was very very nice. Gave me great advice and had amazing bed side manner. I only went for a PCR test but she really knew what she was talking about. I'm 22weeks pregnant and have been suffering with seasonal allergies and she put me down the right path on what medications I can ask my OB for. Thanks again everyone!!
Everything was great.. Everyone was so amazing at this office.. Treated us wonderful! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!! I got better care here then at the Emergency room.
They were wonderful! I walked in with a lot of pain. Pain has subsided now and they gave me a nice strong antibiotic! I didn't have to wait long either!
The scheduling appointment process was simple and the staff was excellent. I really appreciated their assistance. Fine work as always. This location is the best.
My doctor was very kind and thorough. She diagnosed the problem quickly and took the right measures to help me. I was very pleased with my visit.
