Okay so last night, I walked into DARCARS LEXUS of Englewood, with a very specific car in mind. We were greeted by Charles the sales manager, he was so polite and professional, he took us over to our sales rep Steven, I will say as a woman I walked in super anxious. But from the moment I was greeted and sat down with Steven it was like my worries melted away. We didn’t Feel rushed or pressured, we were spoken to as valued individuals. That to me speaks volumes. Steven and Charles Took their time making sure that we were completely comfortable and explained everything to us leaving us with basically no questions to ask but also not feeling overwhelmed by knowing everything. We’ve then met with Mark manager of finance. Mark was complete smooth sailing to work with by the time we were done with Steven. Mark had all our options lined up and explained everything to us in detail. He never once got frustrated going back-and-forth playing around with numbers his goal was to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would because from beginning to end it was the most pleasurable, smoothest car buying experience we have ever had. I’ve had this car for almost a month now and I’m in love! Meghan really took the time to find the car I really wanted, even if it meant taking it out of the show room. She was very professional and helpful! Marlon from finance was great too! Overall a great experience from the whole team.
