I preordered 2 dozen bagels for pick up. When I got there they weren’t ready but the gentleman working (? Manager) quickly got the order ready. He couldn’t have been more apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. I will continue to bring my business to this site!

The best bagels in Rochester with lots of great flavor choices. My one complaint is that since the pandemic they still have not brought back dining in! Infuriating! We had to eat in the car!
